OS stands for One Size. Sweaters using the OS convention are available in just a single size. But as each piece is made to order we can make small adjustments for length etc.

We currently do not offer refunds. We are a made-to-order business model, financial workflow, and strong belief in our garments themselves make us confident in offering Exchanges or store credit at this time.

This is a small operation and each piece is made to order.

First, the yarn needs to be ordered. Second, there is a queue. And third, it takes a minimum of three days to make each piece.

This is the prime example of slow fashion!
